- New to yoga 
- Returning to yoga after a break or 
- Can’t bare weight on hands and knees. 
Each class will start with pranayama (breathwork), followed by a warm up then a slow, gentle flow with NO DOWN DOG, NO TABLETOP and NO LOW LUNGES, before you settle into savasana.
- All ages and abilities welcome. 
- Bookings essential as spaces are limited.
