Terms and Conditions 

MEMBERSHIPS

1. Memberships are a 3 month minimum commitment. 

2. Memberships can be paused when 2 weeks notice is given.

3. 3 month memberships can be paused for up to 1 week within the 3 month period.

4. 6 month memberships can be paused for up to 2 weeks within the 6 month period.

5. Weekly direct debit memberships can be paused for 1 week within a 3 month period.

6. Memberships cannot be canceled within the initial 3 month period.

7. 2 weeks notice must be given if you wish to cancel your membership.

8. Memberships are non transferrable or shareable.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

1. Our cancellation policy is 4 hours prior to class. 

2. 6am and 7am classes require cancellation by 9pm the previous night.

3. Late cancels and no shows will incur a $10 fee deducted from your nominated account.

CLASS PACKS

1. Class Pack expiration dates are specified upon purchase. Extensions, partial, or full refunds will not be granted if you fail to attend the number of sessions within the timeframe.

2. Extensions may be granted if you are unwell or traveling (if 2 weeks notice of travel is given).

3. Class Packs are non transferrable or shareable.
