Join Anna And Deb for a relaxing afternoon of Restorative Yoga and a live cello performance. You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation, comfortably supported by blankets and bolsters to allow for the release of physical and mental tension. Enjoy the sounds of the cello music composed specifically for yoga relaxation by Deb Adelin.
No experience necessary, you will be given options if needed. We will close the practice with Herbal tea and treats. Book in with by yourself or with a friend, everyone is made to feel so very welcome.
