Then come along to a gentle yoga class to move the body and soothe the mind!
The class will start with some breathwork (which you can then use to help settle nerves at exam time), some gentle movements to release tight muscles and joints, and end with a Yoga Nidra practice which will leave you feeling relaxed and able to think clearly. No Oms! No woo-woo!
Wear something comfy (hoodies and trackies fine but just have layers).

Flip has completed a Youth Yoga Teaching Course, lectures in Youth Yoga and has a Working with Children Check. Flip currently teaches yoga at St Catherine’s School each Friday.
