In this time of worldwide and perhaps person chaos, confusion and uncertainty we must be aware and attend to our own personal health and peace.
During periods of unrest our central nervous system is deeply impacted and the knock on effect of this runs deeply. It can affect our mental, physical and emotional health and can manifest in issues such as:

I invite you to join me, Anna Bidgood, for a calming and heart focused afternoon to soothe your nervous system and cultivate a deep sense of peace and restoration, whilst also supporting every system of your body.
I will guide you into restorative yoga poses (no experience necessary) and help raise and balance your frequency and vibration towards peace with a sound bath including drums, crystal bowls and chimes and guided mediation. We will close the practice with Herbal tea and homemade treats.
