Tzvia’s yoga journey spans over 20 years. Having explored many styles, her teaching journey began in Mysore, India where she completed Hatha yoga training. Passionate about the freedom, peace of mind, joy and the health benefits that come from yoga, Tzvia’s creativity guides students through their practice. Her teachings provide students with the tools needed to shift their mindset to positive thinking in order to overcome daily challenges, improve protectiveness and increase motivation. A combination of intelligent sequencing, dynamic postures and breath work are the body of Tzvia’s classes.
