Welcome to our Sanctuary

The Habitat Space is an oasis of calm in the heart of East Malvern. Our light-filled, state of the art studio offers Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Boxing, HIIT & Reformer Pilates classes seven days a week. Our experienced and friendly teachers are passionate about helping you to reach your health and fitness goals. And, all our classes include an element of mindfulness and relaxation. Its our intention that you leave each class feeling calm and uplifted.  We are a wellness centre too, and have a range of holistic practitioners who can help with naturopathy, nutrition, health coaching, massage and more. 

Our studio features:

• Infrared heating • Bamboo flooring

• Allegro 2 reformer beds

• Mats to hire and equipment all provided

• Little extras, like herbal tea, fruit an alkalised water

Yoga

Combining physical, mental and spiritual elements, yoga will transform mind and body. A regular yoga practice will build strength, increase flexibility and help to instil a calm and collected mindset.

Pilates

Pilates is a fantastic low impact, total body workout. Our classes focuses on strengthening the core and working the body to create long, lean muscle tone.

We offer a combination of Pilates Reformer classes which have a maximum of 8 students as well as Hot Pilates Mat and Fitness Pilates classes.

Barre

2015 has been heralded as the year of Barre and it’s easy to see why! Barre is a full body workout, designed to tone the entire body, giving you long, lean muscles. Be prepared and S-W-E-A-T.

Boxing + HIIT

Run as either a HIIT (high intensity interval training) or Circuit, these classes are quick but intense. Using equipment such as kettle bells, steps, fit balls, bosu balls, hand weights and skipping ropes the list goes on. From our Boxing classes you can expect a compromising of simple yet effective drills alongside cardio sets. Add in a strong abdominal workout too.
