Jade is a registered Yoga teacher, Pilates and Barre instructor. She has been teaching yoga for 14 years and Pilates and barre for the past 5 years.

Jade loves that Yoga and Pilates really do help to improve posture, increase self-esteem, ease muscle and mental tension, and assist in the management of many ailments. She enjoys teaching all levels, helping the newest of beginners, whilst tending to the advanced client looking for extra challenge. She looks forward to seeing you in class, getting you moving and most importantly, have fun doing so.

To add a cardio element to your class works and tones the respiratory, circulatory and nervous systems. I also love to have small calming and stretching sections in class to slow down the mind and bring awareness to the physical body.” - Jade
