Emma is a hatha, yin, meditation, aerial yoga teacher and a practitioner of craniosacral therapy. Yoga has been a part of Emma’s life for well over 20 years. She teaches from the heart and from lived experiences, not just her formal trainings. Emma is drawn to the way we as humans move through life, adapting and growing both physically and energetically. To her, yoga is life! Connecting us more deeply to ourselves and the world around us. Expect a purpose-led dynamic flow that is strong yet playful, alignment based yet embracing of individual anatomy.
