Pilates - Mat + reformer, Barre, Fitness and a Health and Wellness Coach

Andrea fell love with exercise at a young age and incorporated Pilates into her routine around 10 years ago. She loves that Pilates works the whole body, builds strength, tones muscles, improves posture and balance. As a teacher she is positive, energetic, encouraging and programs classes according to clients’ abilities. She will vary the program to a quicker or slower pace depending on the students and aims to help motivate you while having fun at the same time.

Andrea was a retail buyer when in her 20’s and had her own accessory and homewares business for 8 years. When not at the studio she is often seen walking her cavoodle Roger. Andrea teaches Pilates Mat + Reformer, Barre and Fitness and is also a Health and Wellness Coach.

I enjoy adding in holds or layers into key exercises. I want every client to feel like they have accomplished their own exercise goals and enjoyed the time they have made to care for themselves.” - Andrea
