Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Fitness and Dance Cardio

Alison hails from New York City where she worked for 13 years as a professional dancer and performer on Broadway. During this time Alison developed a love for yoga as a means to nourish her body and fix dance related injuries. During seasons working as a Radio City Rockette, she completed her Yoga teacher training at Joschi Yoga Institute. Also a certified personal trainer, she worked as an instructor for the Tracy Anderson Method and Body By Simone. An expert in this dance/yoga/Pilates based exercise, Alison privately trained A-List clientele in NYC.

Alison relocated to Melbourne in 2012 with her Aussie husband and now has 2 beautiful children. With this move Alison transitioned to solely teaching Yoga, Barre and fitness She's passionate about sharing the benefits and joy that yoga and dance can bring to your life. Her classes are strong and uplifting, with a focus on mind and body awareness, using breath to inspire your movement and to calm your mind.
